So so so tasty. The croissant dough is just phenomenal, I couldn't get enough. I had to go back so I would have one for the next morning on my way out of town. We had the egg and cheese croissant and the chocolate croissant. I can't say enough good things about how perfectly warm, flaky, buttery and delicious the bread was. They taste as good as all of the pictures look. Mmmm. Coffee was very strong but nice flavor.

The beignets were really good. The cold brew is a bit bitter, but otherwise this was amazing. They brought our food right to us. The atmosphere is nice and peaceful.

Wonderful. I only had a capuccino and wonderful apple pastry (trying to manage calories in New Orleans). Looking forward to my next visit. Tomorrow.

Fourth time in New Orleans and this pastry shop has the best beignets I’ve had in the city. They were warm and fluffy and covered in powdered sugar. Delicious! And the latte was good, too. Highly recommend.

We used this as our coffee and breakfast stop for the first few days of our trip. The place is clean and the food is delicious. We tried multiple pastries, both savory and sweet and raved about each. My friend is a coffee drinker and really enjoyed their black coffee

I found Tom's place bc my hotel had terrible coffee - best discovery of my life! This place should be called TMs Bread/Pastries of Whimsical Wonderment Handcrafted with Love! That is what I feel in EVERY bite. From breakfast sandwiches, breads, strudels, v turnovers, monkey bread, my personal favorite - fabulous sweet and savory croissant creations, and now they have BEIGNETS! The atmosphere is quaint, the personalized customer service is amazing, EVERY TIME I'm in New Orleans I come here - since 2019. Pro tip #getboth

On a quiet street downtown, tM breads and pastries invites a morning ritual of beautiful food and quiet reflection. Enjoyed an almond croissant and blueberry scone with fresh fruit and Rishi tea. Personally, found the croissant more fluffy than chewy or flakey, but appreciated that almond flavor wasn’t overbearing. Scone wasn’t the tough triangle many of us American have been exposed to, but rather closer in shape and texture to what is sold off grocery store shelves as “English muffin”. Only, delicious! Brought back nostalgic for my mom’s home-cooking mixed with memories of a tea room I visited years ago in Victoria, Australia. Lots of pastry opinions out there, but tM is worth a visit to see if it’s your cup of tea.

Always enjoy coming here & getting the savory pastries. Got the ham & cheese this time and it never disappoints. Crispy, flakey croissant dough, great high quality ham, & melted cheese. Great small bakery vibe. The perfect place to sit and chill. Tom the owner/ head baker is always super friendly & he and his staff give great service.

Absolutely the best breakfast sandwiches. I had the mushroom that was so good and filling I’ll have to take my pastry home to eat later. They were just too tempting to skip. My husband had the BLT that he loved. I would definitely recommend stopping in. We will be back.

By accident, I just found my new favorite pastry and Hot Chocolate shop. I tell you the restaurants in New Orleans will not disappoint! I ordered an apple strudel with an amazing light crispy flake and delicious apple filling and sliced almonds- scrumptious! The hot chocolate- was so rich and creamy that it felt like I was eating chocolate ice cream! I will definitely add this to one of my favorite places. Very friendly service as well. That’s alway important! I can’t wait to move here!
